Founded by Katrinia Colean, KC Creative Space was created from a simple dream—to build a place where creativity brings people together. We wanted more than just an event venue; we envisioned a space where families, friends, entrepreneurs, artists, and the community could gather to create, celebrate, collaborate, and connect.

Every venue rental requires a $300 deposit due at booking — separate from your package price.
- Secures your date. This is a separate, non-refundable booking fee — it is not credited toward your package price or total balance
- Your total cost is your package price plus the $300 deposit (for example, a $600 Silver rental totals $900)
- Invoiced shortly after you submit your booking request and sign your rental agreement
- Your balance (equal to your package price) is invoiced separately, due 14 days before your event
- Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable to another individual

Please note: to allow time for cleaning and any overage, we block 1.5× the length of your reservation on the calendar — for example, a 2-hour rental holds a 3-hour window. Your event time is not shortened; the extra time is buffer around it.
